- Watching the flashes of lightening light up the Chrysler Building and listening to the thunder during a summer storm while sitting snugly in my over-sized chair in my Manhattan apartment
- The feel of hot clean clothes fresh out of the dryer
- Going to my favorite restaurants and trying something different each time--how else will you know what is your favorite dish?
- Browsing record stores, flea markets, farmers markets, and vintage stores
- The Ace Hotel (20 West 29th Street-between 5th Ave. and Broadway). Not only do I love the dark, simple, industrial aesthetics, but the accompanying coffee shop in the front (Stumptown) and restaurant (The Breslin) are my new found favorite dining locations.
